Duties - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly - Serve meals and beverages to guests - Ensure that all orders are delivered correctly and in a timely manner - Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any guest concerns or requests - Clear tables and reset them for the next guests - Assist with basic meal preparation, such as assembling salads or desserts - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow - Follow all safety and sanitation procedures in the dining area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server is preferred but not required - Basic math skills for handling payments and making change - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team setting - Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus Join our team as an In Room Dining Server and be part of creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
